• Uygulamalarımı kullanmak için hesap açman gerekmez.
• Uygulamalara girdiğin bilgiler yalnızca cihazında saklanır; bana gönderilmez.
• Uygulamalarda reklam ve kullanım analizi (analytics) yoktur.
• Kişisel verilerini satmam, kiralamam ve reklam amacıyla kimseyle paylaşmam.

Uygulamalara girdiğin bilgiler

Uygulamalara girdiğin kayıtlar, hedefler, notlar, isteğe bağlı profil bilgileri (örneğin ad veya kilo) ve ayarlar yalnızca cihazında saklanır. Bu bilgilere erişimim yoktur.

Bir uygulamada yedek ya da dışa aktarma dosyası oluşturursan dosyanın nereye kaydedileceğini ve kiminle paylaşılacağını sen seçersin.

İzinler

Bir uygulama bir izne ihtiyaç duyarsa bu izni yalnızca ilgili özelliği kullandığında ister. İzin vermezsen yalnızca o özellik çalışmaz. Verdiğin izinleri istediğin zaman telefonunun ayarlarından geri alabilirsin.

• Bildirimler: hatırlatıcılar cihazında yerel olarak planlanır; bunun için bir sunucuya bilgi gönderilmez.
• Kamera: görüntü (örneğin bir kodu taramak için) cihazında anlık işlenir; kaydedilmez ve gönderilmez.
• Fotoğraflar ve medya: yalnızca uygulamada oluşturduğun bir görseli galerine kaydetmek için kullanılır.

Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Uygulamalar çalışırken aşağıdaki hizmetlere teknik bilgi gönderebilir. Girdiğin içerik, adın ve iletişim bilgilerin bu bilgilere dahil değildir. Hizmetlerin sunucuları ABD’dedir; bu nedenle bu bilgiler yurt dışına aktarılır. Hukuki sebebi, uygulamaları çalışır ve güncel tutmaya yönelik meşru menfaattir (KVKK md. 5/2-f).

• Uygulama güncellemeleri, Expo EAS Update (650 Industries, Inc.): uygulama açılırken yeni bir sürüm olup olmadığı sorulur. Bu istekte uygulama kurulumuna özgü rastgele bir kimlik, işletim sistemi, uygulama sürümü ve güncelleme kanalı gönderilir; her internet isteğinde olduğu gibi IP adresin de sunucuya ulaşır. Amaç güncellemeyi iletmek ve güncelleme alan cihaz sayısını görmektir. Gizlilik politikası: https://expo.dev/privacy
• Hata raporları, Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.): bazı uygulamalar çöktüğünde veya beklenmedik bir hata oluştuğunda hata raporu gönderir. Raporda hatanın teknik ayrıntıları, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi ve uygulama sürümü bulunur. Amaç hataları bulup düzeltmektir. Gizlilik politikası: https://sentry.io/privacy
• Uygulama mağazaları, Google Play ve App Store: uygulamaları bu mağazalardan indirdiğin için indirme işlemleri Google’ın ve Apple’ın kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.

nightdijital.com’da çerez veya reklam takip kodu yoktur. İletişim formuyla gönderdiğin bilgilerin nasıl işlendiği, ne kadar saklandığı ve kimlerle paylaşıldığı KVKK Aydınlatma Metni’nde açıklanır: https://nightdijital.com/kvkk

Saklama süresi ve silme

Uygulamalardaki bilgiler sen silene kadar cihazında kalır. Bunları uygulamanın içinden ya da uygulamayı kaldırarak silebilirsin. Bu bilgiler bende bulunmadığı için senin yerine silemem veya geri getiremem.

Güncelleme istekleri ve hata raporları, ilgili hizmetin kendi gizlilik politikasında belirttiği süre boyunca saklanır. İletişim formu mesajları 2 yıl saklanır ve sonra otomatik olarak silinir.

Güvenlik

Cihazındaki bilgiler, işletim sisteminin her uygulamaya ayırdığı ve diğer uygulamaların erişemediği alanda tutulur. Uygulamaların ve web sitesinin internet bağlantıları şifrelidir (HTTPS).

Hakların

KVKK’nın 11. maddesi ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında; hakkındaki verilerin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bunlara erişme, düzeltilmelerini veya silinmelerini isteme ve işlenmelerine itiraz etme haklarına sahipsin. Bunun için iletisim@nightdijital.com adresine yazabilirsin. Başvurunu en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak yanıtlarım.

Çocuklar

Uygulamalarım ve web sitem 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu yaş grubundan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse güncel hali bu sayfada yayınlanır ve yukarıdaki tarih güncellenir. Yeni bir uygulama burada anlatılanların dışında veri işleyecekse, bu politika uygulama yayınlanmadan önce güncellenir. Önemli bir değişikliği ayrıca ilgili uygulamada duyururum.

In short

• You do not need an account to use my apps.
• What you enter in the apps is stored only on your device and is never sent to me.
• The apps contain no ads and no usage analytics.
• I do not sell, rent or share your personal data for advertising.

What you enter in the apps

Logs, goals, notes, optional profile details (such as your name or weight) and settings you enter in the apps are stored only on your device. I have no access to them.

If you create a backup or export file in an app, you choose where it is saved and who it is shared with.

Permissions

If an app needs a permission, it asks only when you use the feature that needs it. If you decline, only that feature stops working. You can revoke permissions at any time in your phone’s settings.

• Notifications: reminders are scheduled locally on your device; no information is sent to a server for them.
• Camera: the image (for example, to scan a code) is processed on your device in real time; it is not stored or sent.
• Photos and media: used only to save an image you created in the app to your gallery.

Third-party services

While running, the apps may send technical information to the services below. What you enter, your name and your contact details are not part of it. These services’ servers are in the United States, so this information is transferred abroad. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the apps working and up to date (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

• App updates, Expo EAS Update (650 Industries, Inc.): when an app opens, it asks whether a newer version exists. The request contains a random identifier for the app installation, the operating system, the app version and the update channel; as with any internet request, your IP address reaches the server. The purpose is to deliver updates and see how many devices receive them. Privacy policy: https://expo.dev/privacy
• Crash reports, Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.): some apps send a report when they crash or hit an unexpected error. It contains the technical details of the error, the device model, the operating system and the app version. The purpose is to find and fix bugs. Privacy policy: https://sentry.io/privacy
• App stores, Google Play and the App Store: because you download the apps from these stores, downloads are subject to Google’s and Apple’s own privacy policies.

Website

nightdijital.com uses no cookies and no ad tracking code. How information sent through the contact form is processed, how long it is kept and who it is shared with is explained in the KVKK notice (in Turkish): https://nightdijital.com/kvkk

Retention and deletion

Information in the apps stays on your device until you delete it, either within the app or by uninstalling it. Because I do not hold it, I cannot delete or restore it for you.

Update requests and crash reports are kept for the period stated in each service’s own privacy policy. Contact form messages are kept for 2 years and then deleted automatically.

Security

Information on your device is kept in the storage the operating system reserves for each app, which other apps cannot access. The apps and the website connect to the internet over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Article 11 of the Turkish data protection law (KVKK), you have the right to know whether data about you is processed, to access it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. To do so, write to iletisim@nightdijital.com. I reply within 30 days, free of charge.

Children

My apps and website are not directed at children under 13 and do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the current version is published on this page and the date above is updated. If a new app will process data beyond what is described here, this policy is updated before that app is published. Significant changes are also announced in the app concerned.
